What is AdSense Arbitration?
AdSense arbitration is a simple business model: you buy cheap traffic from sources like Facebook Ads, push networks, or native ads, and send that traffic to a website monetized with Google AdSense or ADX (Ad Exchange). The profit is the difference between what you pay for traffic and what Google pays you for ad clicks.
The beauty of this model is that it is completely scalable. Once you find a profitable campaign, you simply increase your ad budget and your income grows proportionally.
Why PKR 5,000 is Enough to Start
Many beginners think they need lakhs of rupees to start online business. That is completely false for arbitration. With PKR 5,000 you can:
- Run Facebook ads for 3–5 days to test your content
- Use free blog platforms initially to avoid hosting costs
- Measure your RPM and CPC before investing more
- Identify your best-performing articles and traffic sources
Step 1 — Set Up Your AdSense Account
First, you need a Google AdSense account. This requires:
1. A website with at least 20–30 articles of original, high-quality content
2. A professional layout (no broken links or spammy design)
3. Privacy policy, about, and contact pages
4. At least 3–6 months of content history for some niches
I recommend building your site on WordPress.com or a simple Blogger.com for testing. Once approved, move to a proper domain.
Step 2 — Choose the Right Niche
Not all niches pay the same RPM. The highest-paying niches for arbitration are:
- **Finance** (insurance, loans, credit cards) — $8–25 RPM
- **Health & Medical** — $5–15 RPM
- **Technology** — $4–12 RPM
- **Legal** — $10–30 RPM
For Pakistani beginners, I recommend starting with technology or how-to content as competition is lower.
Step 3 — Buy Traffic (Start Small!)
With PKR 5,000, create a Facebook Ads campaign targeting Pakistan and nearby countries with content-focused ads. Set a daily budget of PKR 500–700 and run for 7 days. This gives you enough data to see:
- Click-through rates on your content
- Time on site (Google measures this for quality)
- Your initial AdSense RPM
If your RPM is above PKR 80–100 and your CPC on Facebook is below PKR 30–40, you have a profitable campaign.
Step 4 — Calculate Your Profit Margin
Here is the simple formula:
**Profit = (AdSense Revenue) − (Traffic Cost)**
Example: If you spend PKR 1,000 on Facebook traffic and get 500 clicks, and those visitors generate PKR 1,800 in AdSense revenue, your profit is PKR 800 (80% ROI). Scale this to PKR 10,000/day and you earn PKR 8,000 per day profit.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
1. **Starting with too much money** — Always test with small budgets first
2. **Ignoring ad placement** — Ads above the fold and between paragraphs perform best
3. **Low-quality content** — Google's algorithm rewards sites with high engagement
4. **Not tracking data** — Use Google Analytics and AdSense dashboard daily
5. **Violating AdSense policies** — Clicking your own ads or encouraging clicks is an instant ban
