By accessing or using the Learn with Arbaz platform ("Platform"), registering an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

Learn with Arbaz provides online educational courses focused on AdSense / ADX arbitration, eBay dropshipping, and related online business topics. All courses are digital products delivered via video lessons, resources, and community access.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to access a single purchased course.

4. Course Access & License

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and watch the course content for personal use only. You may not record, redistribute, share, resell, or reproduce any course content in any form without explicit written permission from Learn with Arbaz.

5. Payments & Pricing

All course prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payments are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or international card. All prices are subject to change. Discounts and promotions are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for digital course purchases. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Income examples shared on this platform — including instructor earnings and student results — are not guarantees of future earnings. Online business results vary based on individual effort, investment, market conditions, and other factors. Learn with Arbaz does not guarantee any specific financial outcome from completing our courses.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or free trials
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, is owned by Learn with Arbaz or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Learn with Arbaz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or our courses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
