1. No Refund Policy
Learn with Arbaz operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a course purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, the transaction is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all courses, bundles, and any digital products sold through this platform — regardless of the reason for the refund request.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our courses are digital products. Once you gain access to course materials — including video lessons, resources, and community access — the content cannot be "returned." Unlike physical products, digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase.
Additionally, significant time, effort, and resources have gone into creating, recording, and maintaining these courses. Refund requests based on personal reasons such as lack of time, change of interest, or unrealistic expectations cannot be honored.
3. Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage all potential students to do the following before enrolling:

4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a technical error occurs during payment — such as a double charge or payment deducted without course access being granted — please contact us immediately with proof. These cases are reviewed individually and resolved within 3–5 working days.
This exception applies only to billing errors, not to dissatisfaction with course content or personal reasons.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks and to contest all such disputes with evidence of course access and delivery.
